This central Minsk apartment overlooks the courtyard while the block itself is one of the most scenic in Lenina Street. Across the street you will find Minsk Old Town, Europe Hotel, Centralny Supermarket and McDonald's. Oktyabrskaya and Kastrychnitskaya Metro Stations are a few hundred meters away. GUM in Independence Avenue is in the next building along with other amenities.
This is a studio apartment which has a double bed and a convertible sofa just by the kitchen which also leads into the bathroom unit. Black and red are predominant colors while a wide use of glass is for the space effect. Compact and stylish, it is just on the second floor of the block.
