Visa support service fee of a tourist company and Belarus consular fee (fee payable to consulate itself for the visa sticker) must not be confused. A customer of mine in Israel came to the Consulate of Belarus in Tel-Aviv to apply for his tourist visa already with a printed transaction confirmation. The consulate staff rejected this payment and directed him to a particular branch of the same bank to pay again. Directly the payment was made in that branch his papers were collected, examined and accepted.
Consular fee payment conditions are always listed on the websites of the Belarusian diplomatic missions that issue visas. E.g. according to the redesigned website of the Consulate in London, the payment methods are debit cards or cash if the papers are submitted on-site.
Important! Applying at MSQ (Minsk National Airport) Consulate the travelers must pay the Belarus consular fee in hard currency in cash, crisp bills, though there is now an ATM in the customs control zone. The list of consular fees is available on the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
