I don't know much about hotels in Minsk because I was traveling on business. However I am also from Pennsylvania and I was so amazed with what a beautiful city Minsk is.
I don't know what your motivations are for visiting Minsk but I strongly recommend taking a tour.
I had a fantastic English speaking guide I recommend. Not only was it interesting but he was open to ANY questions you may have. A rare trait.
