Minsk private guide reference lettersReference: Daniel, UK
I would like to thank Andrei Burdenkov for his guiding services that I employed during my stay in Minsk, Belarus.
I contacted Andrei a few weeks prior to my arrival in mid June 2011 after discovering that he is a frequent contributor on Lonely Planet forum. He provided me with useful tips about the Belarus visa procedure in general and informed advised on the best way to deal with the services once I land at Minsk Airport.
Andrei speaks good English and his knowledge of the Minsk city is extensive. I booked the Minsk city tour to get the general idea about the history and present of Belarus and I got a pretty clear picture.
Andrei is particularly keen on fast responses to a customer – all my queries were answered promptly including those sent at out-of-office hours – quite a competitive advantage. To conclude I must mention that the Minsk airport transportation was comfortable and efficient!
I can recommend Andrei as a Minsk local guide without hesitation and I am personally looking forward to my next Belarus trip!
